Online
Use the standard Enrol link provided with each course description to access the secure online Enrolment/Order form. Using up-to-date technology, your enrolment data is encrypted and can only be decrypted when it is received on our office computer. Once decrypted, your enrolment is processed along with other enrolments - personal, mail, email and fax. The online facility enables you to enrol and, if you wish, pay for your course. If you enrol online without including credit card details, you should arrange to pay the course fee by the Friday before classes commence. This will help ensure that class quorums are reached.
In person
You can enrol during the enrolment period between 5.00pm and 7.00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at the UC Senior Secondary College Lake Ginninderra in Emu Bank, Belconnen in the first week of the normal school term. Office hours in addition to these times are indicated below.

Enrolment form
Click here for this printable form which can be printed and used if you do not wish to enrol online. Additional enrolment forms are available at the College and in The Chronicle newspaper two weeks prior to the commencement of the enrolment period. A special enrolment form is available for Livestock & Fibre Craft Workshops.
Payment
Payment should accompany enrolment details. Cheques should be made payable to Lake Nite Learning .
We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Credit card payments through our website are not direct, but are processed
in the LNL Office at the College.
If you enrol online without including credit card details, you should arrange to pay
the course fee by the Friday at the end of the enrolment period. All course fees include GST.
Receipts will be available for collection
from the advertised date of your first class by calling in to the Lake Nite Learning Office via the College foyer.
Prepayment required:
If you are not comfortable with sending your card details over the Internet, then you can arrange one of the alternatives to online payment indicated on the online enrolment form. To enable us to confirm a quorum for each course , prepayment of the course fee is required on enrolment.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be promptly processed at the end of Week 1 of the program for those who have enrolled and paid for a course which does not attract sufficient enrolments. No administration fee is applicable to refunds. However, refunds cannot be guaranteed if you withdraw after commencement of a course or if you fail to attend.
Discounts
A 10% discount ( Discount A ) from the advertised fee applies up to a maximum of $10 per course for enrolments if you are a full-time student or a pensioner or unemployed.
A $5 discount per course (Discount B) applies if you enrol in more than one course (but NOT to modules of a course) in a term at Lake Nite Learning. Only one of these discounts is applicable per course.
Confirmation of enrolment
A confirmation page appears on the submission of an online enrolment. Otherwise, enrolment is not acknowledged. Most classes are established on the Friday of the enrolment period. Following this you will be advised only if, because of insufficient enrolments, your course will not run as advertised. A refund of the course fee that you have paid will then be made. However, you should phone 02 6205 6665 if you are concerned about any aspect of your enrolment. Alternatively, email us.
Late enrolments
Enrolments occurring after the enrolment period are welcome and will be accepted at pro-rata rates if vacancies exist. Enrolment enquiries are welcome at any time. However, timely enrolment is important to enable viable class groups to be established.
Privacy Policy
Personal information provided for enrolment in Lake Nite Learning courses is used only for the purpose for which it is collected. No information is made available to third parties or used for purposes other than the efficient administration of the program.
