Would you like to take your camera off of Auto Setting?
Then our Digital Photography course is for you. With a focus on the theory of Photography, Composition and the Digital SLR, you will gain the skills required to be confident and comfortable using your camera with different settings and in various lighting conditions. We will be practicing numerous photographic styles and techniques, experimenting with multiple camera settings and modes. You will also learn how to make your photos stand out with an introduction to Adobe image editing software.
Students will need to possess their own Digital SLR Camera however no prior skills are required.
This course compliments the LNL course: Creating Composites in Photoshop CC.
Josie Cosgrove is an award-winning photographic artist who has been working as a photographer in Canberra for over 10 years. After completing her Bachelor of Photography in 2012, she created a series of surreal photo composites for her first solo exhibition ‘Unconscious Mind’ which went on to win multiple national and international awards. Josie has worked a wide range of photography jobs in Portraiture, Commercial, Food, Events, and Weddings, and she has extensive experience with Adobe software and Alternative Photographic techniques, Printing, Framing & Album Creation. Josie now owns and operates her own photography business named Dream Pieces, which specialises in Family Portraiture, Weddings and customised Photographic Art.
