Course Description

Zumba dance fitness is becoming globally popular - why not join up and see what all the fun is about?  You don't have to be a dance superstar to participate.  Steps are simplified to make them easier to adopt.

This class offers participants the choice of mixed intensity movement options to cater for lower, medium, and higher paced Zumba devotees.  Open to anyone interested in fun cardio tone-up.

Materials List

 

Bring a water bottle, comfortable fitting clothing, comfortable runners, hand towel, gym/ yoga mat.

 

About The Instructor

Mr Simon Kore is a qualified trained Zumba teacher with a dance and fitness background.  He has taught Zumba for five (5) years including in South Africa and Papua New Guinea, and for Fernwood in Canberra.  Simon's classes are attended by any age, from the young to the elderly.
