Dru Yoga is an easy and effective way to unwind and revitalise and also provides a fresh and positive approach to overall health and well-being. The benefits can often be felt immediately and more regular practice enhances physical strength and flexibility, improves mental clarity and emotional balance, resulting in a deep sense of calm and inner connection. A typical class will include body warm ups and activations, flowing sequences and relaxation time.
Note: This class is not suitable for women who maybe or are pregnant. Please contact the teacher for details of suitable referral classes.
It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat or rug, a blanket or other cover to use during relaxation, a cushion (optional) and a water bottle
